Are your thoughts pure and lovely or do you think on bad and negative things? Do you point out the good in people or do you always criticize them for doing it wrong?
If you notice that people don't want to be around you very often, try taking a look at yourself. Sometimes we don't notice it. We think it's everyone else. But, it just may be that you complain to others ALL the time or you talk about other people. People don't like to spend their valueable time with gripers and complainers.
Take this little quiz and see if you are a griper and a complainer.
1. Do you wake up in the morning and the first thing you think is, "Those noisy birds, they woke me up!" or do you think, "Boy, those birds sure know how to sing pretty!"?
2. When driving, do you think that the person in front of you cut you off on purpose or do you think maybe he's in a hurry, worried about a family matter and didn't see you?
3. Do you complain that the kids are loud and noisy in the house and track dirt inside or do you realize that one day, when the kids are grown, your house will always be quiet and clean and you thank God for the times you have now with your children?
This week, read Philippians 4: 8 and 9 and try to think on pure, lovely and positive things and look for the best in people. Pray and ask the Lord to help you and practice thinking good thoughts.
How did you like my quiz and will this help you see yourself a little better?

Hi, everyone! Welcome to my Coffee Talk Blog!
I just want to say, I'm glad you found my blog. I enjoy meeting new people and a having a good conversation. Especially with a cup of strong coffee. I like my coffee strong, not watered down.
What's on your mind? What is going on in your life?
This is where I want to write what's on my mind and hear what's on your mind, as well.
We'll enjoy some coffee while we spend some time together.
